Inevitable end

Some religions claim that every alive in the world will be dead with no exception. Isn't there any possibility that is not true? Isn't there any chance that this is theoretically disproved. Otherwise, we can say that, humanity is pathetic. If someday I 'll
die, then i need really powerful reasons to live. Cause it could be so hard to live, just knowing I'll be dead.
